Terms of Service

By accessing or using FameCRM ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including owners, administrators, team members, and viewers.

You may use FameCRM solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law or regulation, to impersonate any person or entity, to engage in unauthorized data collection, or to transmit any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

FameCRM offers subscription-based plans billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. Additional seeds (creator/link slots) are billed at the applicable per-unit rate.

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FameCRM and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of any content you upload, but grant FameCRM a limited license to use it solely to provide the Platform services.

You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the Platform without authorization; (b) use automated tools to scrape or extract data; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; (d) use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others; (e) upload malicious code or interfere with Platform security; (f) resell or sublicense access to the Platform without explicit written permission.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. FameCRM does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FameCRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or inability to access it.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice before any material changes take effect by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
